About us and CVM
Who are we?
The team is made up of guys from churches in the area of The Forge who love to have fun, and spend time with other guys over food and drink.
We all volunteer our time for the event (no one gets paid from the team!) and most serve in our churches too.
We are committed to showing our mates who Jesus is through The Forge and other activities.
He’s our Lord and master and following Him is the best adventure possible, and leads to having the best life ever!
CVM
CVM (or Christian Vision for Men) is a charity set up to support local men’s groups in churches across the UK.
The Forge isn’t part of CVM, but many of the men’s groups represented here are.

Supporting churches
The Forge is run by volunteers from local churches and we’re always looking to partner with more churches in:
- praying for the event
- financially supporting it
- commiting skills and time to it
