What about food?
The cost of a BBQ along with Sunday Breakfast is included in your Event ticket cost. You can bring your own food and cooking equipment, or buy from the bar on site. Note however that you can’t make your own bonfire on site – so don’t bother to bring marshmallows.

What if I get thirsty?
There will be free tea and coffee and squash available for you to help yourself to all weekend… bring your own mug if you don’t want us to cut down too many rainforests. There will also be a bar on site and soft drinks for sale from the bar area.

Do I have to bring my own tent?
Yes.  If you plan on staying over, bring your own tent

What about caravans?
Yes, you can bring a caravan or motorhome but there is no waste disposal available. Please note that we are also unable to offer any electric hook ups.

Will there be showers?
No, it’s just for one night and we think you’ll manage until you get back home…… but there are toilets thankfully.

When do I arrive?
You can arrive any time from 12 p.m. on Saturday and get set up.if you are camping The first events will start around 1.00 pm

When do I leave?
You are welcome to stay with us  till after our meeting on Sunday. If  you want to hang around and help us tidy up the site that would also be great.

What if it rains?
You will get wet. This is Britain in the summer – bring waterproofs. There is a wet weather programme.

What if I want to be in a group?
One person can book in a whole group at once using the group booking form. You will receive an email reply which will allow you to add names to the group later if you do not know them when you make the booking. Otherwise, individuals can book and pay for themselves, and add a group leader name to their form, so that you can be grouped together. If you have a mixture of caravans/campervans and tents in your group, we will do our best to site you together, but this may not be possible (depending on the ground conditions on site). However, the site is small so you won’t ever be far away.

Will there be meetings?
Yep – we have one very large marquee where main meetings will take place, and there will be some opportunities for smaller groups to meet separately. There will be a couple of main meetings over the weekend, but plenty of time to relax too.

Will there be anything on offer for my not yet believing mates?
Our whole event is aimed toward these guys, with opportunities where your friends (and you!) will be able to ask any questions you have, and join others for discussion.

What if we don’t want to go to all the sessions?
You decide how much you want to take part in. If you spend all weekend catching up on your sleep, that’s fine. While the Big Top entertainment and Sunday meeting are on all other activities will close down.

Where can I hang out with my mates other than in my 2 man tent?
There will be smaller marquees around where you can get a drink and eat your food, hang out, arm wrestle, make top ten lists, read, relax and chat.

I’m coming with mates – can we camp together?
We will try to group you together if we can (there is a box to add the group contact name in on the online booking form), but the site isn’t massive, so you won’t be miles apart.

Where is it?
It’s at New Lodge Farm, 49 Little Woodcote Lane, Carshalton, Surrey. SM5 4BY.

Can I bring my son / nephew with me?
Yes if he’s over 13 – Under 17’s need to have a responsible Guardian with them.

Can I bring my wife/daughter/niece/mother-in law?
No.

Can I just  come for one day?
Yes you can come for the day but we would love as many people as possible to stay over.

If you must go home to sleep (you really don’t do tents !) then please make sure you come back for Sunday.

What is the programme for the event?
You will be provided with a programme on arrival . Otherwise have a look at our on our on the day page.

I have physical needs – can I come?
Yes – We are doing everything we can to make the camp accessible for you. The site has a hard track around 2 sides that will make moving around easier, however, it is a farm, so there may be some areas of the site that are more difficult to access. Please let us know when you book if you have extra needs so that we can make sure your van/tent is in the best place.

What if I don’t want to camp?
You can stay off site and come in daily – . You will need to book in online if poss (same cost as staying on site) .
